Ruben taught me so much about communicating with my dog it genuinely feels like we have our own language.
I had previously worked with other trainers (boarding & training) whose methods were not effective in the long-term; many of the skills did not transfer when my dog returned home and in the long-term they did not stick. Furthermore, my dog began to show significant aggressive behaviors towards other dogs and it was becoming problematic.
I decided to commit to his Advanced Training & Boarding Program (4-months) and it was certainly worth the investment.
I really appreciated the one-on-one training opportunities with Ruben. I found working with him to be refreshing after my experience with other trainers who were so driven by money.

I would highly recommendd Ruben for anyone needing dog training. It is apparent that Ruben has a special connection with dogs, as his love for them is immense. Somehow, he has total command with our Tito, and you can see the respect for each other as they work together each session or whenever they are in other's company. He communicates with him without words sometimes, it is just amazing.
